I’m a fitness professional with a deep passion for helping women move better, feel stronger, and live healthier, more confident lives. My love for fitness began at 13, when I discovered how powerful movement could be for both body and mind. I’ve led a wide range of group fitness classes, small group strength training, as well as private and semi-private training sessions.
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Multi-Dimensional Movement Coach, and Yoga Instructor. My approach blends strength, mobility, and mindfulness to support long-term wellness. I specialize in helping women 35+ build strength, improve posture, reduce pain, and reconnect with their bodies through intentional, effective movement.
My programs go beyond just exercise—they create space for community, support, and empowerment, where women celebrate progress, build lasting habits, and feel truly at home in their bodies.
